At The Wild Artichoke we pride ourselves in offering the very best that can be expected of a truly great restaurant ... impeccable, friendly service and entrees which capture all the goodness, the best seasonal ingredients, and know-how of the finest French, Italian and California cuisines.

Our aim is to provide a dining experience pleasing to all our guests, making them feel right at home. The Wild Artichoke is a neighborhood place to savor exceptional fare in a relaxed atmosphere. Owner/chef James D’Aquila says, "A real chef can improvise and knows how to serve his customers’ every desire."

Each day we create a special menu which may include Escargot Stuffed Mushrooms with Garlic Butter and Cognac, Macadamia Crusted Halibut with Sauce Buerre Blanc, or Garlic Roasted Chicken Breast with fresh Rosemary and Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce with Rigatoni Pasta, and such homemade desserts as Gil’s Meyer Lemon Tart.

California-Italian and a fusion of French Cooking. Wine and beer served.

The Wild Artichoke was named a “Rising Star” and received 24 (of 28) points, an Excellent Rating in Food and Service by the Orange County Zagat Guide -2004.

The Wild Artichoke was rated the “No. 2 Dining Experience in Orange County” by the Orange County Register in December, 2002.
